LibraSys is getting ready
Welcome to Cotabato Medical Foundation College, Inc.
Now running at CMFC — Midsayap Campus

Your library, organized and always on.

LibraSys replaces the logbook with one real-time dashboard for cataloging, borrowing, returns, and member records — built for CMFC's staff and students alike.

Core Features

Everything the library
needs in one dashboard

From cataloging a new arrival to clearing an overdue fine — every workflow is built in, with separate views for staff and students.

01
Smart Catalog Management

Add titles with full metadata — ISBN, publisher, cost, source of funds — and track every copy across the shelves.

02
Borrow & Return Tracking

Every checkout, return, and cancelled request is logged with a timestamp — due dates and renewals stay in sync.

03
Real-Time Alerts

Students get notified when a hold is ready or a due date is near. Staff are notified the moment a request needs review.

04
Bulk Student Import

Upload the enrollment roster as a spreadsheet — LibraSys verifies accounts automatically and keeps the list searchable.

05
Live Activity Insights

Today's borrow history and the most active readers update on the dashboard in real time — no manual reports.

06
Secure, Role-Based Access

Separate sessions for staff and students mean each dashboard only shows what it should, with no crossed data.

Circulation Flow

From search to shelf,
in four steps

The same flow whether a student is requesting a textbook or a librarian is processing returns at the front desk.

Search the catalog

Look up any title and see live copy availability across the collection.

Request to borrow

Submit a borrow or reservation request straight from your dashboard.

Staff approves

A librarian reviews the request — the copy is marked out and a due date is set.

Return & clear

Bring it back to the desk — the return is logged and the account clears instantly.

For You

Two dashboards,
built for two jobs

Library staff get full control over the collection. Students get a simple way to find, borrow, and track books.

🔐 Admin Dashboard

For library staff & registrars

  • Add, edit, and retire catalog records with full metadata
  • Approve borrow requests and process returns from one screen
  • Import and auto-verify the student roster from Excel or CSV
  • Post announcements directly to every student dashboard

🎓 Student Dashboard
